0:17.0	Trooper Proctor discovery. We were in court on Tuesday.

0:26.7	The Commonwealth is in quite a pickle because the Commonwealth has this unusual position
0:31.4	of having federal discovery related to Trooper Proctor

0:38.9	you can only use this in the Reed case, but the prosecutors are aware that it exists. Some of them
0:45.5	haven't seen it, but Attorney McLaughlin has them. And attorney McLaughlin is on some of the cases
0:50.2	that are in court to deal with the federal discovery because all the defense attorneys are like,
0:53.4	excuse me, yo, yo, this is the lead investigator. This applies to us too. Can we get some discovery?
1:01.2	And the Commonwealth is like, we would love to tell you that. But there's a federal protective order.
1:06.9	So we know that it exists, but we can't like give it to you.
1:11.9	Your Honor, can you help?
1:13.5	And the feds are like, there's not much that we can do.
1:17.2	So we are in this strange conundrum of what is going on with Trooper Proctor
1:24.6	and what are we going to do about it?
1:28.5	Your Honor, I've had the opportunity to have further conversations with the U.S. Attorney's Office,
1:34.1	and I can report the following to the court. Ordinarily, the U.S. Attorney's Office would
1:40.2	have two weeks to reply to the motion that the Commonwealth filed in federal court.
