professor, adjunct professor at George Washington University, and who is also a dear friend

who I meet with regular to discuss our goals and dreams and where we are and achieving them.

In 2001, Kathy Corman Fry founded Vision Ford, a consulting firm focused on accelerated results-based

planning. In 2005, Vision Ford established a research arm, the Hot Mamas Project,

chronicling the best practices of women

leaders in professional and personal realms. The Hot Mamas project was developed to fulfill

an obvious gap in educational materials. Business skills were being taught, but no one ever

addressed the strategic management of time. If our future leaders and entrepreneurs are not being taught

how to balance their personal lives and their careers,

how can one expect them to succeed at either?
