All right, you had some other things NFL news-wise that you wanted to get to me.

Get to with me, so let's do it. Yeah, it's been a big week. I mean, Combine Week, every all the coaches and GMs are talking. But there was one that I did want to kind of highlight. Sean Payton is giving up play calling duties and giving them up. Yeah, I saw that. Yeah, giving them to Davis Webb. Davis Webb was a big candidate this year in the in the coaching

search and market but didn't find a job, didn't get promoted anywhere, sent to a head coaching

position. He was the quarterback's coach and now it looks like he's going to be taking over as

the offensive coordinator and calling plays for the Broncos. So what do you got there? Well, I think

that's the reason that he stayed in Denver.

I think if he doesn't get that promise from Sean Payton to have an opportunity to call plays,

he ends up somewhere else. Maybe in Buffalo. Maybe is Buffalo's head coach. Remember,

that was a possibility. He's best friends with Josh Allen.

So there were going to be some big opportunities for Webb. So I guess we shouldn't be surprised that,

you know, he got elevated to the OC and now is being given play calling responsibilities. I guess

the surprises that Sean Peyton, who has always appeared to be a

major control freak, is giving that up for the first time in his career. And I wonder, you know,

if it's one of those things where at the first sign of trouble offensively, if we don't get a story

week five, week six, Sean Payton's taking back play calling.

We'll see.

I mean, I don't know enough about Davis Webb other than what I've read, which is he's one of those guys like David Blow,

who everybody believed from the moment they were around him that he was eventually going to become an OC and an eventual

head coach.

Well, it is interesting though, Sean Peyton giving that up.

But I think that's probably the only way he was able to keep him.
