RDT is fighting for the control of market basket after being fired for the second time in his career as the CEO of his family supermarket chain.

Arthur DeMoulis is expecting a three-day trial that begins today fighting the board of directors who fired DeMoulis in September,

alleging that he withheld information from the board, among other accusations.

He had been suspended without pay since May when the board accused him of plotting a work stoppage

to protest the board's efforts to increase oversight of the company.

Like the biggest issue that they have, there's a list of them.

But they're pissed that he has two of his children, Madeline and TA,

that he wants them at the executive level once he steps down.
