Welcome, Father. Thank you. It's such a blessing to be able to gather to discuss the rule of St. Benedict

and how it can help us navigate through the culture we live in today.

It's amazing, isn't it, that something that was written so long ago has such relevance now.

Yeah. And I think these 1,500 years are kind of the proof that this document is really inspired

by the Holy Scriptures and by the Holy Spirit. So otherwise, we wouldn't think about this rule anymore.

I think that the subject we're going to talk about today is one that, I don't think we

realize this at all, as you have phrased it, the disability to express ourselves.
