Harushka Danamol how you doing Bob I'm doing well and you know when when you were

talking there I was thinking about what I was going to say and I don't

know why it popped into my head I guess I because I always say I'm doing well but you know I

used to get some pretty bad headaches and I wasn't always sure why and I think I read somewhere that I think

it's like 90% of headaches is caused by being dehydrated and I kind of make it a point to

drink you know quite a bit of water anymore these days and I rarely have headaches.

So I'm doing well and I don't get a lot of headaches.

So there you go.

That's the most random thing I've heard all day. I'm glad to

hear that you're no longer having headaches and I appreciate the public
