And I kind of debated between two titles.

I debated between that title and then the other title I wanted to call it was stop making

excuses for your shitty sex life.

But I chose how you do sex is how you do life. And so today I'm freestyling on this topic.

It's, I guess I feel really passionately about it. And I say that about every topic that I

record. But I feel passionately about it because I feel like a lot of people

are making excuses for their shit sex life and not taking responsibility for their own choices

and using, yeah, a lot of excuses to get out of working on the shit that gets in the way of them enjoying

sex and having great sex and enjoying a lot of sex.
