how's it going everybody welcome to the positive mindset podcast where we work together to raise our

vibration, lift our perspective, and build a positive mindset. My name is Henry and in this episode,

we're going to talk about how you can achieve anything that you set your mind to. If you have found

yourself in a position where you can only get so far

or only get just enough ahead to where you feel like you're just getting by, then this is going to be

the episode for you. And we're not just talking about money here. It could be in family life. It could be

whatever it is that you are dealing with and how to expand in it. But before we get started,

we're going to take a few moments to slow down, zero in. We're going to take some deep, healing, meditative breaths to help us align on the frequency that we want in our lives. So you're going to pick a word. It can be love, joy, happiness, forgiveness, whatever frequency you want. And when we breathe in, you're going to say that word over and over and over. We're going to really charge yourself up with it.

And then once you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you

and you'll be in a more positive state.

So let's go ahead and take a deep breath in.

We're going to do another deep breath.

This one is all about alignment, about getting yourself in receiving mode, so that way you can receive the message

that you need today to uplift yourself to get you in that positive mindset.

So just imagine that you are surrounded by the most healing, uplifting energy that's meant specifically for you.

It could have a certain color, certain taste, a certain smell. However you imagine it,

when you breathe it in, it's going to charge you up. It's going to break down all the negativity,

all the blocks, all the way, everything that is just holding you back from being your abundant self.

And then once you exhale, it's going to take all of that with it leaving you in a more positive state.
