Monday it's January 30th and we just watched two incredible NFC and AFC championship game yesterday.

always college football, but hey, football is still obviously front of mind

with Championship Sunday just yesterday,

but we got a lot that we want to get to.

The coaching carousel is spinning.

It's been spinning now for a while,

but it's only going to continue to pick up as we start to move

towards the off season for the NFL because there's some coaches that are currently at a certain

spot that might be going to the

NFL and vice versa so a lot of movement going on right now so we're gonna break

down some coordinator changes that have happened over the last several weeks.

There might be a few that you're like, oh, I forgot about that.

Or maybe there's one where you sit there and say, oh, my goodness, I didn't realize that he was
