I'm doing well. Thanks for having me.

Reggie is something that we've heard a lot about the regional greenhouse gas initiative.

And you know, you hear big phrases like that.

What the hell is that? What is Reggie? Tell us what it is.

Great question. You and 86% of people in Pennsylvania apparently have no idea what Reggie means.

But basically, Reggie is carbon pricing, which for the uninitiated means that it would be a regulation

that would charge power producers for all of the emissions that they create.

So, you know, whether you want to call it a tax or a cap and trade program,

essentially what that means is power generators, the power sector would have to start paying for

that greenhouse gas emissions that they are contributing to the environment.

Okay. And then like always, they'll just eat the cost themselves, right?
