Every problem in every business, when you have like a customer issue, 99% of the time it's

communication. Like if, you know, in our business, if we're like, man, this customer's pissed off

and we go find out why from the person that's servicing this client's like, well, I didn't really

know what to tell him. So I just was kind of waiting to figure out what I could tell them, you know, once I know the situation, it's like,

well, dude, you left him hanging for three days. Now he's pissed, right?

Real business, real business.

Whatever your situation is currently is not your forever situation.
