always the case, the details are coming out and some of the complaints are coming out as well. Katie, how has it landed

in the Conservative Party? I think it's been a mixed reaction, both in terms of the Conservative Party

and also the reception in the media, which is ultimately there isn't any outcry, there's not

any outrage really or mass rouse breaking

There is a discomfort amongst Tory MPs about the fact that despite the Chancellor constantly

saying he loves low tax, the tax burden is going up to its highest point since the 1950s.

And how do you reconcile that?

I think as James has written in this week's magazine,

the fact that there is a tax cut,
