Okay guys. So baby number four was born and it was a boy

his name is Truitt and he's awesome and

Yeah, we've been this is week four. He's he's me four weeks old tomorrow

Yep, which is pretty awesome. So we've been in postpartum now for four weeks and I feel like I don't know much you

But I feel like this postpartum experience has been different than the last three like wildly different wildly different in many different ways

Which is why we decided to do

This episode. Yeah, we just thought it would be really encouraging for you guys to hear just a little bit about our past

experiences in contrast to this one and some things that we're kind of realizing as we're

Navigating this postpartum season and yeah, we just we hope it's an encouragement to those of you who also may be going through a postpartum

season and if not some of these things that we're gonna be sharing will also just help in the way that you

Communicate with your spouse and you know just have a relationship with them. Yeah, and

It's shit our prayer for this episode is that it doesn't take four postpartum

Experiences to learn some of these things which it did for us

So I wish we'd have known some of the things that we've been implementing this time with with Elliot our first. Yeah

You know, I probably made those experiences a lot better

So I do want to say that if we sound tired

It's just because again, we are we are in that postpartum season and we have a lot going on during this transition

And so we're both pretty tired and it's nap time right now

So all of our kids are napping at the same time which I feel like is incredible. It's a miracle

But we are both just talking about how like we just want to nap. Yeah
