And we're going to dive a little bit into some of the content that he has published over the last couple of days but we're going to keep it kind of sneak peek, keep it upper level, but we are going to give away our favorite tips to help you win your league this season. I also will be posting the link in today's show notes direct to that article because we know a lot of people play on different platforms,

different sites, Yahoo, ESPN, Sleeper, all the different ways you can play your redraft league.

So Duane has a lot of individualized information in that article to go along with those particular

sites and the ADP and so on those places.

But Duane, before we reveal all the information to help people win their leagues, how are you feeling today? We just before starting recording here, we were chatting for a little man, Adam Thielen, heading to the Vikings. But it is that time of year where as you're like talking, recording, you're like, am I missing something? What? Like you either want to be drafting or catching up on you it's a busy time it's a very good time

to be drafting because people it'll take a little bit right for folks to catch up on the news so

it's kind of funny with this one um my partner i ian hardens and i uh ian works over at fantasy

life with me we do a lot of these real-time sports drafts um in the fantasy life championship

i mean name for fantasy life so we draft a lot of these real-time sports drafts in the Fantasy Live championship. I mean,

name for Fantasy Live. So we draft a lot over there. And it's a two running back, two wide

receiver, two flex, one tight end, full PPR format. So actually a lot about what we'll talk here. It's

funny, that league drafts closer to a home draft than a lot of other mid and high stakes places that I play

it's it's a really interesting dynamic I mean like a lot of people take two quarter like we'll take

their second quarterback in round 11 or 12 things that you see like in home leagues we haven't

quite figured it all out yet as to why those things happen, but we really try to,

you know, take advantage where we can. But where I was going with it was, uh, two nights ago, we did a draft and we got to the end of the draft and, and we had gone with a hero running back. Um, our second running back was David Montgomery. And then we, you know how you do. You, you, you pile on the running backs and like rounds 10 to 14 and then we got to the we got to a point where
