0:06.3	Now we're going to build it into a system. And that's where like the survey that I shared with you
0:10.0	or the way that we do the onboarding or the way that we do the interviews, those are systems that
0:13.9	have existed in my company for over three years. I've trained more than 200 interns or apprentices
0:19.9	and my 20-some years of entrepreneurship.

0:23.4	And the beginning to happen out in necessity in South America because we had such a personal business.
0:28.0	But then we just had an influx of French and Americans who would just knock on our door and say,
0:34.2	hey, we want to come study business marketing underneath you and they
0:38.0	want to learn Spanish. I visited a really cool zoo called Tanganyika Wildlife Park because I had a friend
0:45.0	who was married to the owner and I stayed at their house. And about a month later, that owner, Matt,
0:51.3	called me and said, Peter, will you come take over a marketing team and help us grow our
0:55.6	revenue? And I said, I would love to, but I don't have a house or a car in the United States.
1:00.5	And he said, I have a house for you. It's inside the zoo. The name of the book is called
1:05.4	interns to A players. And then the very first question that you asked, which is around, you know, like,
1:16.3	what are the high bullet points? And I would say, you need to hire four A players. You think that
1:24.0	you're hiring, you think that you're hiring an intern, you're not. You're hiring
1:30.6	somebody who's going to become an A player. They think of them an intern. Did you know there's a
1:35.9	technology that's actually an app on your phone that uses sound waves to tell your brain what you
1:41.1	want your brain to do? We had a young man that was a guest on our podcast, the Mike Litton Experience, who had a traumatic
1:47.7	brain injury.
1:48.6	He was sleeping three hours a night.
