trust is built and it's equals communication plus systems. So we taught you the communication.

Now we're going to build it into a system. And that's where like the survey that I shared with you

or the way that we do the onboarding or the way that we do the interviews, those are systems that

have existed in my company for over three years. I've trained more than 200 interns or apprentices

and my 20-some years of entrepreneurship.

Wow.

And the beginning to happen out in necessity in South America because we had such a personal business.

But then we just had an influx of French and Americans who would just knock on our door and say,

hey, we want to come study business marketing underneath you and they

want to learn Spanish. I visited a really cool zoo called Tanganyika Wildlife Park because I had a friend

who was married to the owner and I stayed at their house. And about a month later, that owner, Matt,

called me and said, Peter, will you come take over a marketing team and help us grow our

revenue? And I said, I would love to, but I don't have a house or a car in the United States.

And he said, I have a house for you. It's inside the zoo. The name of the book is called

interns to A players. And then the very first question that you asked, which is around, you know, like,

what are the high bullet points? And I would say, you need to hire four A players. You think that

you're hiring, you think that you're hiring an intern, you're not. You're hiring

somebody who's going to become an A player. They think of them an intern. Did you know there's a

technology that's actually an app on your phone that uses sound waves to tell your brain what you

want your brain to do? We had a young man that was a guest on our podcast, the Mike Litton Experience, who had a traumatic

brain injury.

He was sleeping three hours a night.
