| 1:10.2 | it kind of keeps your spine in neutral and it it moves the spine and movement at the end of the day is one |
| 1:16.1 | of the most powerful modulators of pain movement is huge for pain our brains our nervous system |
| 1:20.5 | loves movement we have studies showing that people who are more sedentary actually have an |
| 1:25.7 | increased level of inflammatory cytokines. |
| 1:29.0 | This is immune system molecule in their bloodstream. |
| 1:31.4 | So the more sedentary you are, the more of these inflammatory cytokines you have. |
| 1:35.3 | And I think our nervous system really benefits from movement. |
