How do you trade a market that drops 40% in a day?

Bitcoin was down 40% on March 12, 2020, Ethereum was down 30% on March 12, 2020.

How do you trade something like that?

Are you going to trade it like a newbie?

Are you going to trade it with your emotions?

Are you going to hope and pray and go to the church and light a candle that you're going

to make some money?

Are you going to close your eyes and tell everybody you got diamond hands when you're taking

30% 40% losses?
