Hi, my love. Welcome back to the Yoga Inspired Life podcast. Today we are talking about how to not just survive a breakup, but thrive after a breakup. I want to give you my breakup tips

because I went through a breakup, probably like

seven or eight months ago now at this point. And I've been thinking about recording this episode for

a while now, but I knew that I wanted to wait until I felt really ready, until I felt mostly

healed and on the other side. And I really wanted to go through the healing

process first before sharing. I've definitely gone through breakups before, but this one just felt so

different. And when you're in the middle of something that's painful, there's this pressure,

especially when you live parts of your life online to explain and to give updates and to let people in

on what's happening in real time. But I just knew in this instance, deep down, that I needed to go

through this process privately. I needed to sit with my emotions, process everything fully,

try things out, see what worked, see what didn't work,

and come to a place of real peace before talking about my process for healing through a breakup

because I wanted to do it in a way that felt really aligned. And that's why I've chosen to not

really share details about my breakup.
