12 and 3 p.m. And I don't like to eat lunch. I like to eat dinner. And my stomach rouse, like almost every day, one o'clock, two o'clock on the dot. I mean, it starts to growl. Could I eat then? Yes, but my window is not till evening. So I wait. And do I want to eat sometimes? Yes, but I wait because I want to stay within my window. So I'm to like to say this. now, you know, Heather's in a real kind of,
