What's going on? Welcome back to the Jordan Siat mini podcast. Before we get into today's episode,

I want to talk to you about Merrick Health, which, yes, I'm sponsored by them, but I've been getting

many questions because I recently posted my blood work since I started working with Merrick

on my stories and people were blown away. I was blown away by the improvements in my blood work,

especially my cholesterol.

My family genetically has high cholesterol. We also have high blood pressure throughout everyone

of my family. And I'm not on statins. I'm not on any drugs to get my cholesterol down.

But people were blown away to see the improvements in my cholesterol through working with

Merrick for about four months or so. And quite frankly, I couldn't believe it either because for years,

every time I go to the doctor, even though I'm healthy, I work out, I eat well, I have a mostly

Mediterranean diet. My cholesterol has been high for many, many years. And every time I ask the

doctor, they sort of just brush it off and they've just been like, well, this is just, this is your body, this is genetic. Eventually, we're going to have to

get you on statins. I don't have anything against statins inherently. I don't have anything against

medications. I'm on blood pressure medication, although I have been reducing the dose, especially,

by the way, since I've been working with Merrick, my blood pressure has been improving dramatically.

But I didn't like how I was getting brushed off by my doctors.

That, to me, it didn't sit well.

And if you have a great doctor and they don't brush you off, that is a blessing and stick with them because that's an amazing doctor.

But since working with Merrick, my blood pressure, my cholesterol, my APOB, my triglycerides have improved in a way that they never have before. And nothing has changed with exercise. And so if you
