I believe that the opposite of depression, it's not happiness.

It's about figuring out what it is that you were here to do in this world

that only you can do to make the world more whole and more beautiful.

And to stop selling yourself short and to stop sitting it out and to figure out

how to take this thing you love, whether it's art or music or screenwriting or dance or baking.

And how do you leave this thing that you love into a life that you get to contribute,

that you get to do what you love whole time because it's not just about business.

It's about contribution.

It's about meaning.

That is what we seek.

That is what we truly want.
