myself that helps me keep going.

Okay, first, here's what embarrasses me.

I do a lot of keynote speaking, as you might have heard me talk about before.

Mostly it's helping people and especially corporate teams find new opportunities in times of change and I love it deeply.

Dare I say I'm also really good at it. I feel really good about this work, and clients are always

happy. But there is a problem. Audience sizes are unpredictable.
