It's heating up everyone it is hot and it seems hot everywhere right so most of us don't

like that extreme heat you know and that builds and it's irritating and we run inside our

house to flip on the air conditioning as much as possible and our habit has becoming

more and more sliding into this fatal convenience of turning on the air conditioning unit all the

time whether it's in the car or at home but the truth is we should take a little more heat we

should allow ourselves to have a little bit of that heat that's there we get used to feeling so

comfortable that our bodies then have less and less resiliency and so any sort of uncomfortable

we want to fix it so the point is the body can handle a little heat it's actually good for us and

a little cold is good for us but actually obviously not getting too hot and causing us problems
