Joe, take a minute, fill in some gaps from that intro and then give us a little glimpse

of your personal life.

Absolutely.

I have a very traditional background in regards to counseling.

I went to undergrad and then went to grad school.

I did a master's degree in counseling psychology and then a second one in community counseling.

Move down from there into the typical nonprofit world and community mental health and found

that I really wanted to do more private practice work.

So I launched a side private practice started adding some clinicians to that practice and

mental wellness counseling kept growing.

But I found that most of what we learned in grad school had nothing to do with marketing,
