That means how it looks or what I call visual identity is what pulls you in and makes you say I have to have this bread. It's the type of font that's

used. It's the type of colors that's used. It's the type of the packaging that they

decided to put the bread in that makes you say it tastes good. Why do you say that? You've never

tasted it. You don't know what it tastes like, but something about that packaging and

that visual identity just reeled you in and before you knew it,

you were at that counter paying for that bread before you even tasted it.
