This is often seen in long-term partnerships and marriages, where uncomfortable topics are swept under the rug, creating a cage of unspoken truths. In the workplace, not speaking up can have its consequences too. You may find yourself seeking validation from others who share your frustrations, creating triangles that only reinforce your silence. It's time to break free from this cycle.
