Imagine your body as something separate from yourself. Close your eyes if it helps. Visualize yourself in the third person, like a character in a video game. Your body is an antenna and a lens. It receives and perceives, but it isn't you. Your soul, your energy, uses your body to experience the world around it.

This distinction is crucial because it allows you to operate mechanically when necessary. You can intentionally position yourself in situations that align with the energy you want to receive and perceive. Viewing yourself this way changes your experience of the world.

Here's why this perspective matters. Picture a scenario: You're feeling down and depressed and can't muster the energy to get out of bed. Negative thoughts consume your mind, and all you crave is sleep because it offers a temporary escape from the pain.

But if you detach your soul from this situation and look at it from a distance, you'll see that your body is stuck in a low-frequency state. It's like your body is tuned into misery and negativity. As the saying goes, "misery loves company," and this holds true for your body's frequency too. Like attracts like.

You must move your body to a different location, a different frequency. You have to change what your body frequently sees and perceives because your frequency is a reflection of what you frequently see. If negative thoughts and environments surround you constantly, it's no wonder you feel the way you do.

Remember, your frequency is what you frequently see. To shift your mindset and emotions, you have to change what your body perceives. Start by getting out of bed, making the bed, going for a walk, or engaging in activities that uplift you. By doing these things, you initiate a shift in how you feel.

Your emotions are a reflection of how you experience the world. To change your emotions, you must change your experiences. Many people wait to feel different before taking action, but it doesn't work that way. It's never the perfect time to shift your mindset, heal, or overcome limitations. It's always challenging, but you have to do it now. There's no other option.

As you continue these practices, you'll notice that doing certain things consistently brings about a positive change in how you feel. It's like tuning a radio station to a different frequency every day. Some of us need to do this regularly to maintain our high frequency, and that's a powerful realization.

If you can consciously uplift yourself daily, you're a person with depth and understanding. You don't wake up in a positive mood; you work your way up to it. This power enables you to become a role model for others and show them how to uplift themselves.

You're not cursed to start in a negative state, nor is it a punishment. It's a gift—a path that allows you to uplift not only yourself but others too. You're an angel, a hero, someone with purpose and substance. There's a reason you're wired this way, and it's because of who you get to be to change it.

Don't view it as a punishment. You have a choice every single day. So, remember to position your frequency tuner, antenna, and lens in places that empower you. Avoid negative situations and take actions that resonate with your true self. Your choice is the key to your daily experience.

We're going to take some deep healing, meditative breaths to help us align on the frequency

So pick a word, be love, joy, happiness, abundance, whatever frequency you want.

We're going to take a deep breath in.

And as you're breathing in, you're going to say this word over and over and over

again really charge yourself up with that energy.

And then as you're holding your breath, visualize yourself doing something in that frequency.
