0:57.0	as well as a move of one of my other businesses called Bonnie Vega Nutrition and all the
1:03.8	stuff that goes on here at freedomfastling.com and capitalism.com.
1:07.8	I wanted to share how all of it is structured and how the heck I am able to get all of these
1:14.0	businesses aligned behind one central purpose and one central direction. So I think this will
1:20.1	clarify a lot about how I manage multiple projects and also so that you can see as we move
1:26.1	forward how all of this fits together.
1:29.5	This all started back in 2013.
1:31.9	It was actually June 5th of 2013 when I took my first sale on Amazon.com, and that was for
1:41.2	sheer strength labs.
1:42.9	So we took our first sale, June 5th, a year into it, we were pacing a million dollars.
1:49.5	And four years later, we were a $10 million company.
1:53.4	And as I said recently or revealed recently on the podcast, we exited a majority stake of that business early in 2017.
2:05.0	Now, along the way, I started Freedom Fastlane as a podcast and started documenting a lot of
2:12.6	what we did, and I developed a little bit of a following along the way.
