There’s something I say to all young entrepreneurs: Hustle culture can be deadly. We’re constantly going 100 miles per hour working on our businesses, and we end up paying for it later. I’m the perfect example. I’ve been very open with you all about my own health struggles. A lot of it is a direct result of stress and overworking. That’s why I was so excited to talk to Dr. Alka Patel today. She likes to say she went from prescribing pills to prescribing lifestyle. After facing massive burnout and some incredibly tough physical illnesses, she made a MASSIVE shift in her own lifestyle.
