Good morning, everyone, and welcome back to another mornings with the Masters. We're

to vote for ourselves to the Lord, daily with you. Good morning, you guys. Good morning,

indeed. I just want to apologize. Your boy's out of breath. I've had to go up and down the stairs

a few times, so if you noticed me being winded, I probably should work on some cardio.

I'm also out of breath because I'm pregnant. Yeah, well, you have a good experience.

Anyways, we're picking up with a new devotion on the Bible apt title to experiencing God's

peace, which I know we're all very excited and expectant of how we'll feel his peace in our life.

So there's a link to that in the description. If you guys don't want to fall along with us,

and as always, I'm going to read the scripture, then Tori's going to pick up the divot.

Let's do it. The scripture is John chapter 14 verses 18 and 19, and they say this,

No, I will not abandon you as orphans. I will come to you soon. The world will no longer see me,

but you will see me since I live. You will also live. The devotional is titled What is Peace?

And it says this, if you ask people what peace means, they'll give you a variety of answers,

peace and quiet, tranquility, freedom from disturbance, lack of oppressive thoughts or feelings,

harmonious relationships, time without war, absence of hostility or harm, while those answers

aren't bad or even wrong, they are usually from a viewpoint that doesn't include God in the

equation. The world's peace is different from God's peace, worldly peace is temporary,

independent upon circumstances, and doesn't provide the kind of peace Jesus is offering.

When things are calm, we're at peace. When our circumstances grow dim, we're not at peace.

In John 1427, Jesus doesn't want our hearts to be troubled, because although we concern ourselves

with temporal struggles, he's offering a permanent solution, which is his peace. It doesn't matter

how intelligent we are, how decorated our resumes are, how many inventions are credited to our names,
