My name is Henry, and in this episode,

we're going to talk about how you can remove the negative patterns in your life.

More specifically, how you can identify what negative frequency you have

in your system so that way you can move away from it and get in the positive frequency so that

way you can attract the experience you want and have the feelings that you want while you're in it.

But before we get started, we're going to take a few moments to

slow down, zero in. We're going to take some deep, healing, meditative breaths, and as we breathe in,

we're going to align on the frequency that we want in our life. It can be love, joy, happiness,

whatever frequency we want. You're going to say that word over and over and over again as you take

a deep breath in, really charge yourself up with it, and then as you're holding your breath,

visualize yourself doing something in that frequency.

And then once you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be in a more positive state.

Okay. positive state. So let's go ahead and take a deep breath in. And out. All right, well we're going to do another breath. This is all about alignment so imagine for a moment the frequency that is around you it's positive it's uplifting it is vibrant it is

you can smell it you can taste it you can see it you feel it in, you can smell it, you can taste it, you can see it,
