favorite classes to teach. One of them is Pranayama, but the second more constant class I have been teaching

the one constant is we've hosted beginner yoga classes and that's how we feed the studio.

Beginer's yoga to me personally is a very special class.

There is so much joy and satisfaction I get by bringing yoga to someone who's not done it before

and to see them really grow and transform in their practice well beyond the beginner series.

I'm chatting with Natalia Tabilo, who's a body positive yoga teacher, journalist, and the founder of yoga for all bodies.

She's originally from Chile, but now lives in San Francisco. We became friends on

Instagram and I instantly knew that I wanted to have her voice, her message and her

passion on the podcast. She created yoga for all bodies because she didn't feel like she was welcomed or she fit into a yoga studio here.
