With a comprehensive understanding of real estate, Alex has built teams to effectively manage and grow his holdings, allowing him to concentrate on acquiring and automating self-storage facilities. In the past two years alone, Alex and his team have acquired nine existing facilities in Florida, totaling over 210,000 square feet. Additionally, they are currently developing a 90,000 square feet facility in Tallahassee, FL. Leveraging cutting-edge technology, efficient systems, and streamlined processes, Alex and his team maximize occupancy rates and net operating income across their self-storage portfolio.







Alex earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
