Bryce what is the best financial or career decision you've ever made best

financial decision I ever made?

I think it was to not buy that overpriced house.

So I mean, we started going into, like we started this whole journey just like everybody else. We trying to work save up money and then do the adult thing and then buy a

an overprice house going to a lot of debt and this kind of stuff and I know like we're in New York right now so whatever we were feeling back in our home town of Toronto,

it's like it's even more intense here, right?

Where everything, every apartment costs like a million dollars and this kind of stuff.

So the pressure that we felt on that was intense because it felt like every time we ended up making progress towards our down payment fund, the house prices would just run away from us.

So we would save like $100,000 and the houses would have gone up $100, dollars and we just felt like it was
