0:49.0	It's 2018 and at the time my wife and I lived downtown Austin and I was on a
0:56.6	training run for a marathon and that day I had to do 18 miles. So 18 miles for me
1:02.3	sitting in 230 pounds. A lot being this body
1:06.4	border. It was a struggle fest. Yeah man.
1:08.8	He was a pancake. And there was this one day that I was running down by Lady Bird Lake in Austin, 18 miles on
1:14.9	schedule. And I got to mile 10, and I was like, today's not a day. I'm calling it quits.
1:20.9	Start walking back to the house. And I'm in my head thinking if I quit on this
1:24.8	training run what else would I quit on in life the way you do one thing is the
1:29.3	way you do everything so I went back on the course I finished the run for the day, I went one extra mile, I went 19 that day.
1:36.0	And I came back to my house, took my hat off because I always wear a hat, and I wrote one more under the bill.
