How's it going, everybody? Welcome to the Positive Mindset Podcast. We're worked together to

and in this episode, we are going deep into the negative, the pain, the hurt. If you are finding yourself in that

energy where your situation, maybe it's the relationship you're in, your job, just your

overall experience is just negative. Maybe it's hurtful. It's pain. It's trauma. Like all

of that stuff. We're going to dive into that and how you can build a positive mindset to not

only get inner peace in your now, but use that to build a positive future.

But before we get started, we're taking some deep healing breaths and we are going to get in

gratitude again. So I'm going to start with a gratitude statement for myself to share as an

example. That way you can pick something that aligns with you and we can get in that high energy.

Remember gratitude is power and we're going to talk about that a little bit more in this

episode as well. So my gratitude statement is a statement of thanks. I really appreciate every

gratitude. Say it with a smile as you're breathing in, like charge yourself up with it.
