I'm really pumped today to be able to welcome my good friend to the passion and purpose podcast. And in this

first season, we've had a lot of amazing people on and you could have been one of those people

easily, just your experiences in life, leading catalysts for a season, the great impact that you

had doing that. And then now being someone who's advising people, helping people maximize the vision that they

have for their organization, their church, their life.

You're an author.

You speak on leadership.

You help people think better about the things that God's called them to do.

But today, you have agreed to be the interviewer on the Passion and

Purpose podcast because I wanted to be able to talk about don't give the enemy a seat at your

table. And I just want to be able to talk in general. And as I'm interviewed through the course of

life, some of the interviews I look forward to the most are the ones that I do with you. And you've

interviewed me for a catalyst podcast, for your own podcast. And every time I walk away feeling like,

wow, I really enjoyed that. And that's not just say I don't enjoy a ton of the podcast that

I'm a part of. But yours always rises to the top, and you have a natural ability, a knack for getting people

to talk.

So don't get me to talk too much, but get me to talk just the right amount today.
