What's up, guys? Welcome back to the Action Academy podcast, the show that helps you go from

employee to entrepreneur and helps you replace corporate with cash flow. This is your host,

your boy, Brian Lubin, filming from my last day here in Iceland. We're about to go to Norway in

the morning. I'm still chasing the Northern Lights, guys. I'm still going after it. I want to see them so bad.

So what I'm doing is all week has been a giant rain cloud here in Iceland. So I'm flying up to

Bodo, Norway, and then Tromso. So it's going to be the northernmost tip of Norway. So I'm going to be

almost as high up as far north as you can go

without being like in the North Pole, which is insane to think about. And super cool. So I'm

going to do two Northern Lights tours. So fingers crossed, we're going to pull this off. We're going

to see the freaking Northern Lights. But in the meantime, I've been driving a lot here in Iceland

because it's a giant road.

It's one giant loop around the entire country called Ring Road or the Golden Circle.

And as I've been driving, I've been listening to a lot of podcasts, a lot of content.

And I was re-listening to the one thing, the audiobook by Gary Keller and J. Poppazon.

So for those of you that are unfamiliar, Gary Keller

is the founder and CEO of Keller Williams, the largest real estate company in the world.

And Jay is a good buddy of mine. He has been on the podcast twice now, two separate episodes.

And I live down the street from him in Austin, Texas. Also live down the street from Gary,

but have not met him yet. So I'm working on it, guys. Don't worry.

If you guys haven't yet read the book, the one thing, it's phenomenal. I think it's very applicable

at any stage of your business entrepreneurship journey, whether you're just getting started

or you're scaling to the eight, nine figure mark. I think it's an absolutely wonderful book.
