The Oddcast, we're in season 8. We are doing episode 4 fighting back against coronavirus and this week in the world of

Cancellations. Cancellations galore and so many people are freaking out.

They are losing thousands and thousands in revenue and I thought right some

needed to be done so I reached out one of the best people that I know when it comes

to sales and retention's Jessica Lorimer guided me through so much over the

last couple of years how to grow a business, how to

scale a business, how to do new business phone calls in an area that I've never had to do

before and she has helped the hospitality community and the Bousley Academy members from day one and she reached out to me and said listen anything I can do to help then just let me know.

So we arranged today if of March. then just an hour before we

there was a press briefing by the prime minister and the chancellor and they

gave a bit of good news to small businesses and just everybody in the UK and we're going to delve into that.

So we delve in that she gives us some really fantastic advice on how to deal with a cancellation.
