Today we're welcoming a hero and a friend to me, astronaut Shane Kembro, who as I am recording

this introduction for the podcast, is currently orbiting Earth at 17,500 miles per hour on board the International Space Station.

And just before, lift off to the space station, we had a chance to sit down and record an incredibly inspiring conversation

about how to maximize our potential and reach our greatest goal.
