Summary

How do you handle burnout? We have all asked that question at some point because modern society has a lot of demands, and it's become too easy to feel overwhelmed. But what if there was a free and accessible tool that could help you turn towards yourself again, away from overstimulation and crazy schedules? I recently took an Instagram story poll taking a survey on how our community was feeling in the moment. I called it a vibe check.

The options were I'm feeling amazing. I'm in a season of struggle. I'm feeling burned out AF, aka as buck, and changing internal seasons.

I am coming out of a season that pretty much lasted for the last three years of deep depression and

severe burnout like scary burnout and I would define most of 2021 and 2022 for me in as in a season of struggle. But here's the thing plant friends. The sun came out. I'm finally feeling better. I have done so much work and a huge part of this healing journey for me has been making major life shifts that have been centered

around spending more time in and with nature and returning to slower more natural rhythms and
