What's up, guys? Welcome back to another episode of the Action Academy podcast, the show that

So before we begin today's show, I want to give a shout out to two Action Academy community

members on opposite ends of the spectrum that both had massive wins this week.

The first member is Mr. Ben Call got under contract on an $18.1 million acquisition.

He is closed. He is done. He is now in possession of the self-storage facility.

I think he took down 1,400 pads in this deal.

He doubled his portfolio with this one acquisition.

So shout out to you, Mr. Call, baller. On the other side of the equation,

we just had a new guy joined named Mike up in New York, and he is 21 years old and under

contract on his first 10 plus unit multifamily. And that's when I met him and that's when

I started talking to him. He listened to a couple podcast episodes on Action Academy,

took action, got under contract, read the books, listened to the podcast, took action,

and now he's decided that he doesn't want to do investment banking, he doesn't want to go

be in the hedge fund. He wants to live a life of financial freedom. So at 21 years old,

he's jumping into Action Academy community this week, and now he's going to be around guys like Ben and people

that are going to surround him and help him with his life. And I'm just, it was really cool for me

to have this guy joined because I was thinking back to like me at 21 years old. And I was like,

holy crap. Like, I couldn't imagine being a part of a community at that age or even thinking about that.

I was just hung over.

So shout out to both you guys.
