Dr. James Doty, MD, is a Stanford neurosurgeon and NYT best-selling author, with work focusing on manifestation rooted in science. In addition to his medical expertise, Dr. Doty has the lived experience of using manifestation to revamp his reality. After he went from rags to riches back to rags, Dr. Doty overhauled his thinking to focus on being spiritually and morally centered. In turn, the riches stayed for the long haul. In this fascinating episode, Dr. Doty explains the neuroscience of manifestation and how to utilize it to get the life you want. With that, we go into manifesting mistakes and what most people are doing wrong, leading to unhappy, unfulfilled lives. He shares how to break negative thought patterns and how to escape a fear-based mindset. We also discuss how to fit meditation into any lifestyle and the benefits of doing so. This was such a motivating episode - enjoy!
