women together. Are you ready? Here's your host, Tanya Dalton. Hello, hello everyone. Welcome

This season, we are talking about having conscious conversations.

0:40.8

1:50.6

social media and they're not really plugged into their own lives. They're so busy scrolling.

1:56.2

They're missing the greatness that's happening right in front of them with their friends and their families.

2:01.6

They're not really engaged in the present. And instead, they're so busy scrolling. So that's

2:06.7

been part of my issue with social media. But just like a lot of you, the love of connection has been

2:13.1
