That is me and this is one of my favorite little rants. This started earlier this year, the 2017 flip challenge.

I went on the breakfast club. DJNV kind of challenged me like, yeah cool that you're pontificating. Give me something practical.

I got into my garage sale dollar store flip. It caught a little fire. Then I saw a little bit more conversation.

Then the ask Gary V. Show questions, then social media. And then I said, you know what I'm going to create a challenge.

The 2017 flip challenge where I challenge people to make $20,000 this year, flipping stuff $20,000, $170.

Flipping stuff this year. And here is that little rant. And I hope some of you on the podcast take this challenge up as we're deep in the summer and garage sale and townwide garage sailing yard sale and flea market seasonings and full effect.

I have this really interesting 2017 challenge. It is my belief that everybody has a ton of chaachkas, ton of former like clothes, ton of electronics, general country, my iPhone, but different generation iPhones.

Flip, thank you, you keep rock. You know, Jeff, you know, iPhone 4 sitting in your closet, you know, a ram man. One that's actually from 84. That would probably go for $9.

Here's my big belief. My big belief is this, my friends. The 2017 flip challenge is this. I believe that if you amass the hours that you allocate to, you know, iPhone game for three hours here to when you're on the bus commuting for an hour instead of just reading.

Escape is important, but if you want the $21,000 that I think you'll get at the end of the year. And by the way, we're going to have a 21 seven family thing at the end.

Love like a $21,700 club and everybody who's hit it, maybe we'll all get together at the end of the year. Let me figure that out.

By the way, I just changed my mind. It is 20, like it's $2,000, $170. The $2107, the $2107,000 challenge means it's the year 2170.

Yeah, I was like, what the hell? I was like driving a stream. I was like, anyway, we're going to have a $20,000, $120,000, $170 challenge.

No cheating and you need to be fresh. There's a bunch of people like Resi, Resails and some of the other people that are already making tons of money.

Marshall's employees think I'm Santa Claus out here spending $2,000 on shoes. Little did they know I'm getting that online money.

New fresh, you've never done it before or you've never massed more than 5,000 before and you're going to do this.
