0:04.9	I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you so much for being a listener of the CEO teacher podcast.
0:10.3	And today we're going to talk about the idea of money. Teachers, you either love this or hate this.
0:17.6	So you either want to keep listening or you want to turn it off. But I encourage you to stay tuned because it's not just me talking about this idea of money. It is a lot of our
0:25.8	students that are going to be sharing some tips, some tricks, some insights on how they have gotten
0:30.6	to that number, that number that somehow seems to baffle educators, which is $100,000 a year. But I want to really challenge you
0:40.5	today to think beyond what we know to be true in this present moment. I am a teacher from Georgia
0:49.2	originally, and I found out that when I went to college and I graduated, I could make about $32,000 to $35,000 a year.
0:59.3	That's what I was told. The future of my reality was $32,000 to $35,000 a year, and I was going to have the summers off,
1:08.3	and I could make more money if I went back to college and I
1:12.1	could plan for my future that way. But what if I told you that time isn't necessarily in the
1:18.3	future or in the past? The only moment that we are guaranteed is right now. Is this present moment?
1:26.9	We have to stop living for what could be and start enjoying the
1:31.0	process of what really is right now. So I graduated from school with the idea that once I got to
1:37.7	where I needed to be, I would be happy. And unfortunately, I got to making that $32,000, $35,000 a year,
1:44.0	which is what I thought I always
1:45.6	wanted, honestly, was to have a regular lifestyle and to live just a basic life.
1:53.5	There's nothing wrong with that if that's what you want.
1:55.6	I want you to know that that's totally fine, too.
1:57.8	But when I got there to the future of my reality, I realized that I had been
2:02.7	given this lie of some sorts that that was all there was for me. But I want you to know if you're
2:08.0	listening today that you are a teacher. Yes, but that is not all that you are. You are so much
