And Elliot and I right now are going through all of the above as he left his job about

six months ago. We're starting this brand new real estate investment fund, something we've always

dreamed of doing. It's actually a 20 year dream that we had that just because we were in the right

rooms, having conversations with the right people, it shrunk this 20-year goal into a two-year

goal. And we started working on it. Now it's finally coming to fruition, and it's been really

exciting. But I never want to have people just see the shiny glamorous part on the outside. I want to take everyone behind the scenes

and share some of the really real feelings and fears and things that are showing up as we've
