What's up guys? This is Derek from more plates more days.com. I did a pool. A few days ago asking if you guys wanted a post on basically an overarching description of health supplements, what you should be taking to maintain longevity in this sport, if you can call it that, just in bodybuilding in general,

regular basis first thing obviously blood pressure is huge a lot of guys they'll uh take to like heavily

aromatizing drugs that blow them up and there's a lot of drugs that just spike your blood

pressure in general without having to do anything with water like trend stuff like that anyways

huge thing you want to have it around 120 over 80 at all times year round regardless of while you're on

whether you think that oh well you know i'm on cycle so it's fine to be periodically 150 over like one something like you know it should be always

120 over 80 and any time it's you're getting over 140 over 90 you're in stage one hypertension and at

that point you're hurting your kidneys and that's how guys you know down the line end up with

renal failure in their own dialysis forever so don't end up in that situation you need to be

checking your blood pressure constantly next thing is uh oh and if you have really high blood pressure

as well it can lead to clotting you attack, stroke, stuff like that because you have

So just thinking about how much easier it's going to be for like clots and stuff like that
