In this episode, we are going to cover the question that has the potential to change everything.

The question I have for you today is profound and fundamental. Are you here? Are you truly present in this very moment? You might not fully realize it, but you are a powerful being—an energy, a soul, a frequency, call it what you will—and your power lies in your ability to observe and create experiences.

Everything we are experiencing right now exists because of these powers within us. Our souls, our energies, give life to this reality by observing and creating. But sometimes, we can lose touch with this power. We get caught up in the roles we play as humans—Henry, Tim, Stacy, Jill, Bob—just trying to get by, fit in, and find happiness.

But the truth is, we are so much more than that. We are powerful beings with the ability to observe and create. When we shift our perspective, we raise our frequency. Our perspective is our reception; we can feel and experience anything we desire. We have the power to decide what we want to experience.

However, we must remember our true power. The beauty of this experience lies in the pain, for we are the heroes of love, the force that drives the healing energy necessary to expand the universe. Good cannot exist without bad, and what makes something positive is the absence of negativity.

So, the pain, the hurt, the trauma, and the letdowns we've gone through give us the power to create the opposite energy and bring it to the world. We become the light, the path, the example, the healing energy, and it's a gift we are meant to share. So, I'm asking you again: Where are you right now? Who are you right now? What are you identifying as?

Yes, I'm still Henry, living this human experience with friends, a job, and all those human things, but I know that I am experiencing them; I am not them. That's the liberating thought. You are experiencing your life, circumstances, and challenges, but they do not define you. You are the observer; your purpose is to bring light to your experiences.

Imagine this: a flashlight is not very valuable in the daytime, but in the darkness, it becomes one of the most powerful tools you could have. That's what you are—a flashlight in the darkness. If your life were perfect, devoid of struggle, hurt, or pain, you wouldn't be where you need to be. You are meant to be the light, the rising tide that lifts all ships.

So, I'll ask you one more time: where are you? What are you attached to? What do you believe in? What do you desire? Do you desire things solely for yourself, or do you desire things to elevate the universe, raise frequency, and uplift the world? You have the power to create the answers to these questions, not merely learn or discover them.

You are the creator of your experience, and you get to observe it in action. This interconnected cycle of creation and observation is how this whole existence works. The pain you've endured and the challenges you've faced—are gifts that empower you to create a better experience for yourself and others.

It's about leveling up and becoming the rising tide that lifts all ships.
