You have to start paying attention to what you're saying to yourself in the mirror and I think

that that's really important when you have kids because you're just pushing those feelings

onto them subconsciously. A lot of the women that I talked to their mom put them on a diet at eight.

They put them on a wee bunch or is it nine? Like they started making comments about their body at seven.
